Amnesty International engaged Beaconfire to help improve their ability to communicate with, engage and interact with its activists and members, using the latest in eCommunications and Web tools. Beaconfire helped the association develop a business plan that would answer questions about the benefits and ROI on eCommunications tools; software, hardware and vendor options; costs; staff needs; funding models; and how to approach critical areas of operation.
